We’ve seen several Consent Decrees already this year and here’s another one. Neilgen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and its parent company, Advent Pharmaceuticals, Inc., are barred from manufacturing and distributing any unapproved, adulterated, or misbranded drugs. They are also ordered to destroy their existing drug supply.
